Last week, we were challenged to live with compassion, kindness and humility towards one another for the clear purpose of building unity among God's people.
This week, the challenged increases as we consider two more attitudes and three actions.
Please take a few minutes to read through this week's text and answer the questions as we prepare our minds for worship.
"Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony."
1) How does having patience with others, and people having patience with you, facilitate spiritual growth?
2) What is the motivation that God gives us for forgiving others?
3) What is the blessing that we will receive if we treat one another in the ways described in these verses?
